- Design and build knowledge community portals for different business teams based on requirements.
- Crystal Report Programming for communities usage and management reporting
- Develop custom training material and deliver KM and system training for business users.
- KM system launched with over 1400 users in Asia and over 30 communities; conducted on-site training in 8 different offices (Shanghai, Tokyo, Seoul, Hong Kong, Singapore, Kula Lumpur, Manila and Delhi).
- US Region started adopting Asia KM Program and System.
